We will collect personal information on you when you sign up for XOnline Services, as defined in the Terms and Conditions Agreement, whether on our official website, other third party websites supporting XOnline Services and/or when you send us any other personal information for our use. XOnline may also use non-personally identifiable information for demographic, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.

Your personal information is important to us and we will take all steps to keep your information confidential. However, in order to provide services to you, we need to disclose personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

  • We may use certain third party service providers to facilitate some of our services and we may therefore directly provide, or they will collect, some of your personal information. These third parties have access to your personal information only to the extent that they need to perform their services for us and may not use or disclose that information for any other unrelated purpose.

Information collected via our official website; Information automatically collected:

No personally identifiable information is collected from you when you view our official web site, unless you provide us such information voluntarily. In general, we collect certain information regarding the number and frequency of visitors to our official website. Also, we may be able to track and collect certain information as you browse our office website such as your IP address and the type of browser you use. The collection of this data may be performed through the use of “cookies” and or other related technologies. As part of providing you network service, information regarding the general location of your phone and the status of your phone as off/on is collected and may be used by XOnline to provide the services to which you have subscribed and to allow calls or messages to be delivered to you in real time. This non-personally identifiable information may also be used by us for various marketing, demographic, advertising and other legal uses.

To safeguard your personal information collected on our website and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online, we have put in place multiple levels of physical and electronic security, including but not limited to secure web pages, SSL certificate ensuring the privacy and security of order information, representing the highest security scanning standards of the Canada government and all major credit card providers . This information is collectively referred to as “Customer Proprietary Network Information” or “CPNI.” If possible, before using your CPNI we will first notify you of your rights under the law.

Should XOnline be acquired, in whole or in part, by another entity, information about our customers and visitors to our official website may be amongst the assets transferred and or disclosed.

Our official web site may contain links to other third party web sites. This Privacy Policy shall only apply to XOnlines’ official web site and services. The privacy policy for those sites which may be linked to this site may be different from this Privacy Policy.
